About Monolithic House Eravilla

Monolithic House on eravilla Jeddahis. Hoone koosneb kolmest peamisest massist, mis on nihutatud, et luua välised siseõued, järgides traditsiooniliste araabia majade paigutust. Hoone välispiire kasutab poolläbipaistvaid varje vanapärase Saudi mustriga, mis on inspireeritud Mashrabiyast. Motoriseeritud avatav süsteem reguleerib päikesevalgust, pakub varju ja privaatsust lõunafassaadil ning võimaldab loomulikku ventilatsiooni. Konstruktsioon on betoonist, viimistletud lihvitud travertiinkivi, musta terase, krohvi ja pähklipuiduga. Eraldi sissepääsud teenindavad perekonda, külalisi ja teenindust.
