About Wenzhou Vanke Center Kaubandus- ja büroohoone
Wenzhou Vanke Center on kaubandus- ja büroohoone Wenzhou linna Lucheng linnaosas Hiinas. Kujundus lähtub Shan-shui linna ideest, tuues traditsioonilised Hiina elemendid, nagu bambus, künkad, ojad ja rajad, kaasaegsesse hoonesse. Fassaadi moodustavad keraamilised plaadid, alumiiniumplekid ja trükitud klaas, millele lisanduvad valgustatud juga, kivitaolised astmed ja bambusekujulised alumiiniumvormid. Kaldapealne väljak ja suured trepiastmed ühendavad kaupluseid lähedal asuvate parkidega ning idaküljel kasvavad puud vähendavad müra. Katusekorrusel asuv jooksurada pakub ruumi liikumiseks ja puhkamiseks.

- Design Challenge
- The user's comfort is an important consideration in the design. How to add naturally ventilated window sashes to the facade of glass curtain wall was one of the problems to be solved in this project. The designer finally hided the window in the aluminum line, which not only emphasized the rhythm of the facade, but also provided the possibility for the internal wall setting.

- Project Duration

- Operation Flow
- In order to secure the building functions better, waterfront square and big steps are set on the west side to connect the commerce with the surrounding parks, attract people and increase the vitality of the business; On the east side, trees are used to isolate the noise on the outside and provide a quiet place for work. A runway is set on the top floor of the tower to provide a place for workers to exercise and rest.
