About Hua Ping Elektriküttekeha
Hua Ping on elektriküttekeha, mis kasutab nii kõrge kui ka madala temperatuuriga grafeenitehnoloogiat. Madala temperatuuriga grafeen pakub terapeutilist toimet, samal ajal kui kõrge temperatuuriga grafeen tagab soojuse. Juhtpaneel võimaldab reguleerida ülemise ja alumise sektsiooni temperatuuri eraldi. Raam on valmistatud alumiiniumsulamist surusurve teel valatud kandurraamiga ning anodeeritud viimistlusega, mis hoiab küttekeha kerge ja stabiilsena põrandal. Vorm on inspireeritud traditsioonilisest Hiina sirmist ning selle keskel asub vahetatav portselanmustriga element. Hua Ping sobib kodudesse, hotellidesse ja avalikesse ruumidesse.

- Unique Properties
- Hua Ping is an electric heater using both high and low temperature graphene technology. Low temperature graphene has therapeutic effects, high temperature graphene has a heating effect. It can be placed in homes, hotels and public places. It is also an ornament with an interchangeable porcelain pattern in the middle

- The width of this product is 460 mm, the depth is 70 mm and the height is 1300 mm.

- Production Technology
- Hua Ping needs to make a detailed assessment of material weight during production. Aluminum alloy is considered for frame and aluminum die-casting technology is adopted for bracket, which makes the product lightweight but still stable on the ground. With anodized plating, the body has a very beautiful color and metallic luster.

- The hardest part was combining the high temperature and low temperature graphene heating technologies
- Inspiration
- Hua Ping was inspired by the Chinese screen, which is a combination of pictures and screens. We hope to use modern design language and materials to reflect traditional Chinese aesthetics, combined with the heating technology of graphene, so that it can play a silent but warm decoration in the space environment.
- Project Duration
- The project started in May 2021 in China and finished in December in China.It is now in mass production.
