About Yenikoy House Elamu siseruumide disain

Yenikoy House on elamu siseruumide disaini projekt, mis asub Istanbulis, Türgis. Kodu suurus on 250 ruutmeetrit ning see hõlmab 80-ruutmeetrist terrassi. Planeering koosneb neljast ruumist, sealhulgas kahest magamistoast, jõusaalist, elutoast ja köögist. Disain on kujundatud linnavaadet arvestades, nii et elanikud saavad siseruumidest tunnetada ümbritsevat linna. Mööbel on hoitud lihtsana, et tähelepanu jääks väljapoole avanevale vaatele. Seintele ja lakke on kantud tadelakt – looduslik ja hingav ökoloogiline materjal.

Unique Properties: It is a interior design residential project.
The house is Located in Istanbul, Turkey. It is a 250 mt2 house. It is 4 room house with 2 bed rooms, 1 gym area, living area and a kitchen.
Dimensions & Packaging: 250 m2 inside and 80 m2 terrace
Tags: Modern style
Production Technology: Tadelakt was used for the walls and the ceiling, it is a natural tint and a breathing ecological material. The approach was to try to be as simle as possible.
Design Challenge: This project is mostly based on simplicity. ın this project you can see the vivid part of the decoration by the chosen art pieces and some limited edition products.
Research: Designer's own style and research for the material and products.
Inspiration: This design inspired by the view of this place. It was wanted to feel the city while inside the house. So all the interior shaped around this feeling. The furnitures was kept simple to enhance the effect of the view and ensuring that the focus remains on the dynamic city outside, allowing residents to truly feel the vibracy of the location.
Project Duration: The project started in February 2023 in Istanbul and finished in June 2023.
Operation Flow: After the design and renders of the project, the products get ordered and the furnitures, than the production has started and after 5 moths everything was done.
