About Oriental Villa Müügikontori sisekujundus
Oriental Villa on müügikontori interjöör Huzhous, Hiinas. Plaatinakristall-akrüülist skulpturaalsed elemendid kujutavad vett mitmel kujul. Tekstuuri lisamiseks on kasutatud metalli, marmorit, puiduspooni, nahka ja kangast. Muutuv valgus ja kultuurilised motiivid juhivad külastajaid läbi ruumi rahulikus järgnevuses.

- Production Technology
- The project utilizes embroidery, ink layering, and foil burning techniques to reinterpret ancient paintings. Sculptural elements made from platinum crystal acrylic reinterpret water in diverse forms. Main materials include metal, marble, wood veneer, leather, and fabric, all selected to enhance texture and atmosphere.
- Design Challenge
- The main challenge was translating ancient paintings into three dimensional, textural spatial expressions. Adapting embroidery and ink techniques for modern interiors required extensive testing. Balancing authenticity with contemporary aesthetics while preserving emotional depth was also complex but essential.
- Research
- This was qualitative research focused on cultural integration in spatial design. Field studies in Nanxun were conducted, analyzing architectural features, garden typologies, and traditional artworks. Techniques were tested with artisans to apply painting translations. The result is a culturally immersive, emotionally resonant space with significant influence on heritage-inspired design.
- Inspiration
- The inspiration comes from Nanxun's local culture, water town landscapes, and historical legacy. The design seeks to translate these emotional and spatial memories into a modern narrative that allows users to journey through curiosity, contemplation, and comfort, evoking a deep connection to place and heritage.
- Project Duration
- The project started in March 2025 in Huzhou, China and finished in May 2025.
- Operation Flow
- Visitors transition through the space in an emotional sequence from curiosity to tranquility via changing light, textures, and cultural symbols. Artworks and sculptures guide their attention and mood, creating an immersive environment where aesthetics, history, and spatial flow interact organically.
