Teosest Longwell Vietnam Kontori sisekujundus

Longwell Vietnam on kontori sisekujundus, mis on loodud tehase peakontorile Dong Nais Vietnamis. Projekt hõlmab 2000 ruutmeetrit ja muudab tööstusliku keskkonna inimkeskseks töökohaks. Kohanduv tsoneerimine pakub vaikseid alasid keskendunud tööks ja multifunktsionaalseid ruume koostööks. Ajaloosein ja LED-installatsioonid tutvustavad ettevõtte lugu. Kasutatud on akustilisi paneele, madala emissiooniga värve, taaskasutatud komposiitmaterjale ja säästlikke puiduviimistlusi. Ruumiplaneering toetab mugavust, ühendatust ja igapäevast kaasatust.

Unikaalsed omadused: Longwell Vietnam redefines the identity of a manufacturing headquarters by transforming an industrial setting into a dynamic, human-centered workplace. Inspired by craftsmanship and teamwork, the design introduces fluid circulation, multifunctional zones, and storytelling elements such as a history wall and LED installations. Through sustainable materials, acoustic optimization, and adaptable layouts, the project balances operational efficiency with a distinct sense of identity, supporting connection, clarity, and long-term growth.
Mõõtmed ja pakend: Longwell Vietnam covers 2,000 sqm within the factory headquarters, with ceiling heights from 3,200 to 4,500 mm. ISO-compliant modular partitions and ergonomic furniture systems support adaptable layouts. Technical specifications include acoustic panels (NRC ≥ 0.75), LED lighting at 500 lux average, HVAC-integrated comfort, and sustainable low-VOC finishes to ensure compliance with global workplace design standards.

Tootmistehnoloogia: The project was realized through evidence-based design and BIM coordination to ensure precision and efficiency. Modular planning and adaptive zoning were applied to optimize flexibility. Materials included acoustic partitions (NRC ≥ 0.75), low-VOC paints, high-performance fabrics, recycled composites, and sustainable wood finishes. Energy-efficient LED lighting and integrated HVAC systems were specified to enhance comfort and comply with international workplace standards.
Disainiülesanne: The main challenge lay in the factory’s remote location in Dau Giay Industrial Park, which required employees to travel long distances daily, raising concerns around engagement and retention. The design addressed this by converting a conventional factory office into a vibrant, community-oriented workplace that enhances connection, identity, and well-being through research-driven spatial planning.
Uurimistöö: This project explores how workplace design can transform industrial environments into spaces of engagement and identity. Based on research into well-being, flexibility, and retention, the design reimagines the manufacturing office as a humanized space that nurtures connection and pride. Through adaptive zoning, storytelling features, and sustainable materials, the workplace achieves both precision and a sense of belonging reflecting the evolving nature of work in Southeast Asia’s industrial sector.
Inspiratsioon: The inspiration stemmed from Longwell’s role as one of the largest manufacturing partners in Southeast Asia and the ambition to humanize the factory experience. The design draws from values of craftsmanship, precision, and progress interpreting three stripes as a symbol of movement and aspiration. With a focus on workplace well-being, spatial flow, and employee engagement, the concept results in an environment that motivates, connects, and inspires growth.
Projekti kestus: The project started in October 2024 at Longwell Factory, located in Dau Giay Industrial Park, Đong Nai, Vietnam, and was completed in May 2025. Within a 2,000 sqm area, the design reimagines the factory headquarters as a human-centered workplace blending identity, well-being, and storytelling.
Tööprotsess: Visitors enter through a welcoming lobby and pathway designed to spark curiosity before transitioning into a continuous corridor that narrates Longwell’s story. The layout encourages interaction and movement, with quiet areas supporting focused work and multifunctional spaces enabling collaboration. Social hubs, including the café and breakout zones, foster informal connections, helping employees stay engaged and energized throughout the workday.
