About CR Park Lane Manor Elamu sisekujundus

CR Park Lane Manor on umbes 190-ruutmeetrise korteri sisekujundus Shantous, Hiinas. Privaatlift avaneb halli tooni esikusse, kus vertikaalne valgusvoog loob rahuliku meeleolu.

Unique Properties
This residence transforms daily life into a layered spatial narrative of light proportion and texture. From the gray space of elevator to the living areas carefully choreographed sequences shape mood and pace. Structural beams hidden storage and subtle recesses blend seamlessly while wooden surfaces and sheer drapery create warmth and restraint. Everyday actions including entering dining and walking become quiet rituals allowing occupants to savor the flow of time.
Dimensions & Packaging
The apartment is about 190 square meters with a private single elevator entry and a reconfigured layout that links the living dining and study areas. A long dining bar serves both as a daily eating surface and as a social hub while the kitchen recedes into a deep toned backdrop. Key features include a 30 cm beam setback a flush mounted TV wall with motorized honeycomb shades and sliding partitions that allow flexible space use. Flooring shifts from dark to light wood to define zones and integrated storage keeps the surfaces continuous and uncluttered.

Production Technology
Precision joinery and custom fabrication ensure invisible seams and ultra-thin cabinetry. Sliding recessed doors, retractable honeycomb shades, and concealed lighting demanded close collaboration between designers and craftsmen. Structural beams were subtly recessed by 30 centimeters to integrate lighting and storage without disrupting the minimalist aesthetic. Warm oak finishes, textured coatings, and matte metal surfaces were chosen for tactile comfort and visual harmony, while technical systems are carefully hidden to maintain a sense of effortless simplicity.
Design Challenge
The main challenge was to integrate structural constraints within a minimalist design. Existing beams and shear walls were turned into design elements through strategic recessing and layered finishes. Incorporating the balcony required careful coordination of facade treatment and daylight control to maintain visual coherence. Ultra slim cabinetry and hidden technical systems demanded advanced fabrication and precise installation turning engineering complexity into an invisible support for a tranquil harmonious home.
Research
The interior reimagines a single elevator residence as a calm layered environment where proportion and material guide the experience. By absorbing the balcony into the dining area and relocating the study the plan creates a smooth transition between public and private zones. Wooden elements flow across doors cabinets and windowsills while concealed lighting animates the architecture. The result is a living space that balances precision and softness creating a quiet backdrop for the subtleties of daily life.
Inspiration
The design draws on the concept of Life in Pale Scenery where fleeting hidden details reveal profound beauty. Influenced by the idea of Hidden Scenes from Kiyokazu Washida and the belief that proportion exists between things from Mies van der Rohe the project prioritizes delicate perception over dramatic gestures. Light shifts subtle material changes and controlled proportions create a serene emotionally resonant experience that celebrates everyday life.
Project Duration
Completion Date: January 2025
Project Location: Shantou, Guangdong, China
Operation Flow
Interaction is created through movement light and flexible boundaries. A vertical shaft of light in the entryway offers a welcoming glow while hidden cabinets open or close to reveal or conceal storage. Sliding partitions let the study merge with or separate from the living area. The dining bar invites conversation and family connection and a floating cabinet in the corridor casts shifting shadows that make daily circulation a sensory ritual.
