About House LW27 Eramu

Maja LW27 on eramu, mis on ehitatud suhteliselt väikesele krundile elamurajoonis. Valge maht kontrasteerub karedate looduskivielementidega. Interjööri kujundavad valged krohvitud seinad, tammepõrandad ning looduskivi põrandate, vannitubade, korstnate ja seinte viimistluses. Esimesel korrusel voolab avatud planeering vabalt idast läände mööda basseini. Põrandast laeni ulatuvad lükandaknad ühendavad sise- ja välisruumi aastaringselt. Ülemisel korrusel asuvad magamistoad koos privaatsete vannitubadega. Haljastatud katuseterrass annab suletud maapinna loodusele tagasi.

Research
A sensual minimalistic atmosphere is carefully detailed with great attention to natural and artificial lighting.
Inspiration
In high class residential area, a large volume residence had to be constructed on a relatively small site.
Next to a giant outdoor pool there was almost no space for a garden. So, the idea was to put the garden onto the roof and work close to the concept of a zero-seal house which means the sealed areas are given back to nature on the rooftop.
Project Duration
The project started in 2020 in Munich and finished in 2023
Operation Flow
The borders of the side are hidden by a whole series of newly planted canopying trees, which provide natural Sun protection.
On ground level an open floor plan flows freely from east to west along the pool. Floor to ceiling sliding windows allowing inside outside living all year.
On the upper floor is the bedroom area with ensuite bathrooms and separate dressing facilities.
The lush planted roof terrace with whirlpool is reserved for the hardworking parents.
