About Les L-kujuline joonestusjoonlaud
Les on joonestusjoonlaud, mis on mõeldud L-kujundite kiireks ja täpseks loomiseks. Tööriist põhineb traditsioonilisel 30-sentimeetrisel kolmnurkjoonlaual, seega täidab see kahte otstarvet. Liigutatavad sakid asetatakse vajalikesse asenditesse, seejärel järgitakse lõikejoont pastaka või pliiatsiga. Kujundid võivad olla sümmeetrilised või ebasümmeetrilised, pikkusega 2 kuni 20 sentimeetrit sammuga 1 sentimeeter. Korduvat mõõtmist pole vaja ja täisnurk on juba paigas. Les on valmistatud plastist laserlõikuse ja vormimise teel.

- Unique Properties
- You can quickly and precisely draw L shapes, usually decorative purpose. It is useful when you have to create lots of them.
Very easy to use, you only need to put the tabs in the right places. The shape can be symmetrical or asymmetrical, the minimum length is 2 cm, the maximum length is 20 cm and the step is 1 cm.
For practical reason, it is a 2 in 1 tool because the basic is a traditional 30 cm triangle ruler. - Dimensions & Packaging

- Production Technology
- Used material is plastic with laser cutting and molding.
- Design Challenge
- At first I designed several physical L shapes with moving tabs, later teeth and handles. They all worked fine but I found low demand to such tool on the market, so I had to increase the practical side of that. Finally I combined the L shape tool with a traditional triangle ruler.
- Research
- I asked online 50 graphic designers and craftsmen. They liked the idea and found useful but as they don't need that tool every day, so they don't want to buy one, as an independent product. The result, I had to combine that with a common tool.
- Inspiration
- I like the uniqueness of the crafts, so I made my design portfolio holder by my hand.
I had to draw more then 80 L shapes around rectangles, as decorative items. I decided to facilitate my work with a special tool. - Project Duration
- The project started in April 2018 in Budapest and finished in May.
- Operation Flow
- When you have to draw several L shapes, with this tool you don't have to measure every time and the right angle is also already given. It is more precise and quicker way to do that than with a regular ruler or by hand.
