Teosest Qiaoxin Holding Group Primaarne funktsioon: Kontori interjöör

Qiaoxin Holding Group on kontori interjöör, mis asub Xiangmi järve lähedal Shenzheni Futiani rajoonis. Ruum hõlmab 1062 ruutmeetrit ja jaguneb vastuvõtu-, konverentsi-, näituse-, töö- ja puhkealadeks, mis jäävad omavahel ühendatuks, kuid samas suhteliselt iseseisvaks. Peamised materjalid on puitspoon, roostevaba teras ja marmor. Vastuvõtualal on kivi laotud kihiti, viidates mägede vormidele, ning seina on paigutatud klaasaknad. Kaasaegsed disainimeetodid on ühendatud Hiina kultuuriliste viidetega. Iga töölaud toetab puhkamist lõunapauside ajal.

Unikaalsed omadused: The project is located in Xiangmi Lake, Futian District, Shenzhen. Different from the traditional model of thick tone, designers draw the essence of modern design, integrate the new Chinese culture into space, and create cultural confidence through artistic conception. Though the new design methods and aesthetic presentation, the designer solves the problems of modern office work, enhance the image of corporate headquarters, and reflect the profound and meticulous connotation of the enterprise.
Mõõtmed ja pakend: This case covers an area of 1062 square meters. The designers divide the interior space into reception area, conference area, exhibition area, work area, leisure area and other large areas, forming a rich spatial level, and running through the two efficiency lines of the host and guest, connecting each area in series, so that each space is interlaced and relatively independent.

Tootmistehnoloogia: The main materials of this case are wood veneer, stainless steel and marble. The reception desk is a collection of corporate images. The shadow of green bamboo is reflected on the ground glass wall in the background. The glass windows are embedded in the wall, and stones are laid in layers to create the undulating feeling of mountains, showing the implicit beauty of Chinese style from a modern perspective.
Disainiülesanne: Product development is also an integral part of space design. Considering that only paying attention to the daily work and rest environment of employees can improve efficiency, the designers provide a functional receptive design for lunch breaks for all desks.
Uurimistöö: In today's colorful commercial space emerges in endless times, you will find that although the aesthetic and taste of contemporary design has been greatly improved, but gradually lost the most basic quality of daily necessities, such as convenience, economy and function. Return to the nature of space, people and things, busy and everyday, in space to play a moving song, from the designer's perspective, this is really a wonderful thing.
Inspiratsioon: For the designer, this case needs to consider beyond the design skills itself, but through his own life experience and vision to inject the design connotation into the space, and then transfer the value of design, so that users can feel comfortable and convenient in the space when living and working. According to the owner's functional requirements and enterprise positioning, the designer transformed part of it, while the rest was mostly reconstructed.
Projekti kestus: The project started in February 2018 in Shenzhen and finished in February 2019 in Shenzhen.
Tööprotsess: Space design is not only the combination of aesthetics and materials, but also the interaction of the needs and desires of the functional era. It is the basic principle to construct a vibrant office space that each space uses a unified and harmonious tone and combines aesthetic and functional elements.
