About Lvyou Road Jinmao Palace Salmenta Zentroa

Lvyou Road Jinmao Palace Txinako Jinan hirian kokatutako salmenta zentro bat da. Barne diseinuak lehendik dagoen arkitekturaren estiloari eusten dio eta lerro sinpleak erabiltzen ditu azalera handiak moldatzeko. Mendien eta uraren formak espazioan sartzen dira giro lasai eta poetiko bat sortzeko. Antzinako txinatar hiri-harresien ereduetan oinarritutako adreilu-hormek eta argia iragazten duten saretek argiaren eta itzalen arteko elkarreragina sortzen dute. Igarobide barez lehenengo espazio-esperientzia neurtu bat eskaintzen dute eta gero eremu zabalagoetara irekitzen dira, bisitariak esploratzera gonbidatuz. Adreilu-zerrendak eskuz finkatu ziren hormetan.

Production Technology
To ensure perfect effects, strip bricks were fixed onto walls by hand.
Design Challenge
The sales center was transformed from an old building which featured appropriate spatial proportions with low ceiling and large floor area.Based on the expansive plot and large number of visitors, the client requested generous and open spaces.
The challenges were how to optimizethe spatial proportions and raise the storey height by minimum amount of transformation work, and how to create a sense of rhythm and playfulness while ensuring openness and expansiveness of spaces.
Research
The project is situated at Shenwu Village, Jinan City, China. The site is surrounded by mountains, which reminded the designers of rolling mountains and surging water. So they incorporated those natural elements into the interior design, hoping to create an elegant and tranquil ambience. Through exploring theconnection between humanistic landscapeand contemporary spaces from a prudent perspective, the designers created an illusionary "city of mountains and water", waiting people to explore.
