About Van Gogh's Rosebush Primary Function: Lepokoa

Van Goghen Arrosondoa eskuz egindako lepokoa da, Vincent van Goghen Loretan dagoen arrosondoa margolanean inspiratua. Lepokoa 18 kilateko urrez eta ur gezako biwa botoi-perlez egina dago. Perlek mihisean dauden arrosen forma biribilak eta tamaina desberdinak gogorarazten dituzte. Urreak adarrak osatzen ditu, perla bat bestearekin lotzen dutenak. Lepokoaren muturra desmuntagarria da, eta hala pieza eguneko aldarteari eta lepoari egokitu dakieke. Forma apur bat kurbatuak lepokoa gorputzari egokitzen laguntzen du. Diseinuak perlen erabilera modernoa eskaintzen du.

Unique Properties
Handmade necklace made with the best raw material. gold 18k and pearls.. Designing a necklace inspired by Van Gogh’s “Rosebush in Blossom” required a different approach. Pearls were a natural choice to represent the rounded shapes and different sizes of the roses on Van Gogh’s canvas. Van Gogh’s branches became gold as they connect pearl to pearl in a complex web of beauty. The necklace’s tip is detachable, allowing the user to match the mood and neckline of the day. This necklace was made for the red carpet.

Design Challenge
The proposal of the necklace defies the conservative standards given to pearls. The idea here is to let go of the classic archetype of pearls and surrender to the spirit of modernity. Gold connects the dots as it recreates Van Gogh’s painting. The necklace's slightly curved shape gives way to the perfect fit; its tip is detachable allowing for *versatility* depending on mood, neckline and cleavage. Rosebush *undoubtedly* has what it takes to turn dullness into glamour.
Research
After extensive research on Van Gogh's paintings (there are almost 2000 works), the painting was chosen that would be the inspiration for the design. Then research was carried out on the painted tree (understanding of what the painter saw to be inspired). Realized the ideal design of the piece and choice of the ideal materials for execution.
