About The Grandeur of Bungalow in Penthouse Penthouseko Barne Diseinua
Penthouseko Bungalowaren Handitasuna Punen (India) kokatutako penthouse batentzako sortutako bizitegi-barne diseinua da, 3436 oin karratuko eraikitako azalerarekin. Material natural eta lokalak erabiltzen dira osotasunean, besteak beste, agerian dagoen adreilua, mailukatutako kobrea, altzairu gordina, egur naturala, kota harri leundua eta leundu gabea, eta ehun tradizionalak. Pichwai arte-lan batek horma oso bat betetzen du eta egurrezko zabu batek egongela markatzen du. Ekialdeko aldeko aleta bertikalek, hiru altuerako erdiko espazioak eta argi-zuloek argia eta itzala moldatzen dituzte eta zeharkako aireztapena bultzatzen dute.

It is an inward looking house. Along with aesthetics, in entire house light & shadows create different dramatic effects through out the day and year. Proper cross ventilation is ensured keeping the house airy all the time
- Design Challenge
- Since this is Penthouse, the other floors design was fixed, respecting the the structural designer who has already designed the entire building, we tried not to do any of the structural changes, yet east side fins, triple height central area, skylights and spatial planing of public area like living, dining, kitchen area is done

The first thing that catches your eye is the Pichwai art that spans an entire wall, followed by a striking wooden swing, these local elements make space contemporary with the essence of Gujarati culture.
The entire east side of the house opens up by means of vertical fins, creating an aesthetic dance of shadow and light, whilst also it receives ample cross ventilation - Project Duration
