About Neighbors Science City LN Residence Zerbitzudun Apartamentuen Barrualdea
Neighbors Science City LN Residence zerbitzudun apartamentuen barrualde bat da, Guangzhou-n (Txina), zientzia-parke batean kokatua. Egoitzak logela bateko, biko edo hiruko unitateak eskaintzen ditu, egongela batekin, 64 eta 140 metro koadro artekoak. Kutxa karratuak diseinu-elementu gisa erabiltzen dira hiriko auzotasun-harremana birmoldatzeko eta espazio partekatuak sortzeko. Ideia bera jarraitzen du lobby-tabernan, jatetxean, gimnasioan eta funtzio anitzeko bilera-gelan. Terrazo berria aplikatu da bere akabera jarraiturik gabekoagatik eta koloreak askatasunez konbinatzeko aukeragatik. Diseinuaren helburua giro epel eta soziala eskaintzea da bizilagun gazteentzat.
