About Dragon Child Studio Lantoki Barne Diseinua
Dragon Child Studio Pekineko musika enpresa baterako sortutako lantoki-barne diseinua da. 250 metro koadroko espazioa antzinako bi solairuko zubi baten itzalpean dagoen gune batean kokatzen da, eta, horregatik, fatxada jatorrizko harlanduzko hormaren barruan sartutako metalezko kutxa gisa tratatzen da. Altzairu herdoilgaitz zurruztatuzko panelek eta panel erdi-gardenek tonu grisa partekatzen dute, testura desberdinekin. Metrakrilatozko argi-kutxek metalezko bolumena markatzen dute eta kanpoko terraza argiztatzen dute. Barnean, laranja tonu beroak kontrastea sortzen du material hotzekin, eta lurretik sabairaino doazen leiho zabalek espazioa kalean bertatik ikusgai jartzen dute.

- Design Challenge
- The façade facing the main road retains the original architectural design to the maximum extent, only changing the window frame and local wall surface to dark gray metal material, At the same time, the main facade elements located on the side are extended to the street as an extension of the overall facade design.
- Research
- The main facade material of the project is brushed stainless steel plate and translucent sunlight plate. The two collage materials are the same gray color tone yet have different textures, the cold stainless steel VS the ambiguous sunlight plate, creating harmonious and rich texture. Acrylic light boxes with different proportions adorn the metal massing everywhere, play as an different element other than the stainless steel and acrylic active highlights. And at the same time, provides lighting for the outdoor terrace activities area.
- Inspiration
- The client is a music company dedicated to the promotion and production of avant-garde music, and its business is mainly for young people. The client 's demand is to inject a vibrant entrepreneurial spirit (independent, avant-garde, and active) into the space while meeting basic office needs. Therefore, we position the project style as active and technological.
- Project Duration
- The site is located in Xidian Memory Innovation Park,Beijing. The main entrance and facade are not facing the main road, and are shrouded in the shadow of the former two-story bridge. Yet according to relevant regulations of the innovation park, the façade facing the main road cannot be changed. As a result of which, how to maximize the exhibitionability and iconicity of the space becomes a challenge for this project.
- Operation Flow
- The designer imagined the facade of the project as an “outsider” who did not belong here, and intervened in the form of “plug-in”: inserting a metal box with a strong contrast with the original masonry wall in the original site, and inhabiting under the outdoor bridge in the attitude of an outsider.. Its recognizable shape and wide and transparent floor to ceiling windows increase the exhibitionability and iconicity of the space.
