Jingcai Future Home etxe erakusgarri baten barne diseinua da, bizimodu adimenduna aurkezteko sortua. Barnealdeak teknologia digitala eguneroko bizitzan integratzen du, segurtasuna, osasuna eta erosotasuna landuz. Material ezberdinek funtzio-eremu bakoitza definitzen dute, tximinia epel bat marmol hotzarekin kontrastean jarriz, beltz eta zurizko konbinazio batean. Argi linealek eta gainazal grisz-beltzek espazioa bisualki zabaltzen dute. Bigarren lurpeko solairuko familia-aretoak altuera erosoa eskaintzen du eta elkarrizketarako egokia da. Unique Properties: With the rapid development of the economy, digitization is gradually integrated into the design, from safety function to health and comfort, finally realizing people's all-around expectations for a better home in the future, creating and satisfying people's physical and spiritual needs in life with design, and bringing home furnishing into a leisurely and comfortable situation.
Dimensions & Packaging: Linear lights showcase the infinite extension of space. The family hall on the underground second floor ensures a comfortable floor height when moving, emphasizing conversation and communication in the family. The gray-black materials and linear lights expand the space visually.

Production Technology: Different materials as the warm fireplace and the cool marble contrast between black and white, in which the collision of cold and warm forms a harmonious and distinct aesthetic feeling.
Design Challenge: The in-depth and transparent family room is not boring and unobstructed, but is uniquely attractive under the tension of "seems to be broken but not broken completely" and "like to be separated but not totally separated."
Research: As the first smart home in China, Jingcai Future Home is the first to understand thoroughly the coming era of green, healthy and smart living, empowering life with technology and interpreting the future with intelligence.
Inspiration: The unknown of the future always surprises and fascinates people. The designer tries to create a "future home" with a strong sense of science fiction, which integrates science and technology into the design to construct a specific space and characteristic social atmosphere, thus, enjoying the fashionable lifestyle brought by design.
Project Duration: The project finished in May 2020, in Dongguan, China.
Operation Flow: Different function spaces use different materials to divide the layout, defining these different areas with individuality. In addition to increasing the interest of the space, the style and change in each space also have natural inheritance and continuity. The connection between different spaces is flexible, transparent, and harmonious.
