Floating Minimalist Poetic Nanchang-en (Txina) kokatutako salmenta eta marketin zentro bat da. Diseinuak gunean dagoen lakuaren izaeratik hartzen du abiapuntua. Dekonstrukzio minimalista erabiltzen da giro lasai, naturala eta teknologikoa sortzeko, salmenta-espazioen ohiko izaera komertziala leunduz. Eraikina lakuertzean askatasunez altxatzen da bela baten antzera, lakuko arte museo garaikide eta poetiko bat eratuz. Espazioa etorkizunean bizilagunentzako klub gisa erabiltzeko planifikatuta dago, auzo mugakideen arteko komunikaziorako toki iraunkorra eskainiz.

- Unique Properties
- This is a sales center. The design weakens the traditional commercial atmosphere. The design clue comes from the natural lake in the project. It uses minimalist deconstruction to create a technological, quiet and natural space atmosphere, which will continue to exist as the owner’s club in the future. To provide a sustainable space for neighbourhood communications between communities in the future.

- Built near the lake, a freely rising building stands on the shore of the lake like a sail, extracting spiritual connotations from the lake, thus giving birth to a "Lake Art Museum" that is both contemporary and very natural and poetic.
