About Almana Mediku Zentroa

Diseinuak pazienteak murriztea du helburu' antsietatea eta estresa, susperraldia bizkortu, ospitaleratzeak laburtu, botiken erabilera murrizten du, mina murrizten du eta ongizate-sentsazioa sustatzen du ondo diseinatutako sendatzeko ingurune bat sortuz. Espazioak elikatzeko eta terapeutiko izateko diseinatuta daude. Antolakuntza mailan, diseinuak langileen gogobetetasuna, produktibitatea eta atxikipena hobetzen laguntzen du. Eraikinaren formak espazioaren, airearen eta argiaren fluxu naturala ahalbidetzen du. Diseinuak energia askoz gutxiago erabiltzen duten argiztapen, eguneko argiztapen, HVAC eta ura tratatzeko sistemen praktika aurreratuak uztartzen ditu.

On the organizational level, therapeutic environments can help enhancing staff recruitment, satisfaction, productivity and retention.

Production Technology: The design was based on natural light and natural materials.
High performance glazing system was chosen for elevations and skylight to get the most healthy use of daylight. Terracotta tiles was chosen for exterior cladding.
Design Challenge: The real challenge was how to adapt the design to create a healing environment that in turn reduces patients' anxiety and stress, speeds recovery, shortens hospitalization, reduces medication use, reduces pain, and promotes well-being. At the organizational level, healing environments can help enhance employee recruitment, satisfaction, productivity, and retention.

Inspiration: The concept to create healing environment to engage patients in the conscious process of self-healing and spiritual growth. Spaces are designed to be nurturing and therapeutic and, most important, to reduce stress. The design creates a clear separation of zones of activities, with departments and functions located based on access point proximity, flow and way-finding. All clinics and staff spaces provide access to outside views and landscaped terraces.

Location: South Rakah, Eastern Region, KSA
Operation Flow: The design creates a clear separation of zones of activities, with departments and functions located based on access point proximity, flow and way-finding. Design of building is modular so there is ease of understanding, movement and fining the required section.
