About M Two Etxea

M Two Zipreko Limassol hirian, muino baten gainean dagoen herri baten kanpoaldean kokatutako etxe bat da. Diseinuak eta materialek natur paisaiarekin bat egiten dute eta herriko etxeen diseinu tradizionala errespetatzen dute, estetika modernoa erabiliz. Banaketak "pi" itxura tradizionala jarraitzen du, kanpoaldearen eta barrualdearen artean fluxu lasai eta ergonomikoa emanez. Familia-eremuak eta eremu publikoak elkarrekin nahasten dira, baina modu independentean funtzionatzen dute eta beharrezkoa denean pribatutasuna eskaintzen dute. Lau egongelaren bidez mendiaren eta itsasoaren ikuspegien alderdi guztiak goza daitezke. Kolore-paletak beige, marroi, berde eta urdin tonu naturalak erabiltzen ditu.

M Two Etxea oso estimatua, miretsia eta maitea den sorkuntza izatea espero da, praktikoa eta berritzailea dena. Burdinazko Saria A' Design Award irabazi duen diseinu honek sektoreko praktika onenak integratzen ditu eta know-how-ari eta talentuari lotutako ezaugarri tekniko gaituak ditu. M Two Etxea zehaztasunagatik errespetatua den lana da, eta mundua leku hobea egiten laguntzen duten bizi-kalitatearen hobekuntzak eskaintzeko diseinatua dagoena.

Unique Properties: Located at the outskirts of a village, the design and materials of the house suit both the natural landscape and respect the traditional village-house designs but with a modern aesthetic. The layout is a traditional ‘pi’ Π shape that gives a calm and ergonomic flow between interior and exterior. We wanted the family and public spaces of the house to blend seamlessly but function independently and offer privacy where needed. Four living areas allow all aspects of the view to be enjoyed.
Inspiration: The inspiration came from the immediate environment. It is on a hill with uninterrupted views of both mountain and sea. It is north facing and perfectly orientated for the sun, light, air and views. We wanted a seamless flow between the interior and exterior so that wherever you are in the house, you would always have a beautiful outlook. With the native landscape as our palette, we used natural colours of beige rock, brown wood, mountain olive greens and blue water to reflect the facing Mediterranean Sea.
