About City Archipelago Hiri Barrutiko Plan Nagusia

Hiri Artxipelagoa Shanghaiko Putuo barrutiko Zhenru Azpizentroan dagoen 15 hektareako gune baterako hiri barrutiko plana da. Planak lehengo brownfield gune bat bulego, bizitegi eta berrikuntza digitaleko funtzioak biltzen dituen barruti misto bihurtzen du. Ur eta espazio berdeek azpiegitura berde gisa funtzionatzen dute, ekaitz-uholdeak kudeatzen laguntzen dutenak eta hiriko eguneroko bizitza hobetzen dutenak. Eraikin berdeak sakabanaturik antolatzen dira, uharteak osatuz. Hiriko bide nagusian zehar dauden negozio-zerbitzuetarako instalazioek zarata eta arreta-distrakzio bisuala murrizten dituzte.

Ecospace in concentrated urban areas holds lasting appeal for locals and entrepreneurs and breathes new life into the region.
Project Duration: The project is located in Zhenru Subcenter, Putuo District, Shanghai. The design started in March 2021 and completed in August 2021. The construction is in full swing.
Operation Flow: Blend and economy
A blend of office, residential and digital innovation functions maintain the streets' vigor. Transit-oriented development in the east is economically balanced with large open space in the west, thus enabling the project to progress.
