Campus 90ek ikasleen egoitza, hotela eta hitzaldi zentroaren funtzioak konbinatzen ditu. Eraikina Varna hiriko bi bulebar nagusien arteko biribilgunearen ondoan dago. Hau da hiriko horrelako eraikin batean egindako inbertsio pribatu handiena eta ikasleen unibertsitateekiko gero eta interes handiagoari erantzuten dio. Inbertitzailearen kontzeptua bizi-baldintza bikainak eskaintzeaz gain, ikasleen arteko komunikaziorako eta talde-lanerako baldintza ugari sortzea da.

Campus 90 Ikasleen Gela Eta Hotela Burdinazko Saria A' Design Award irabazlea da, ondo diseinatutako sorkuntzetatik espero diren eskakizun profesional eta industrialak betetzen dituzten diseinu onei ematen zaien aitorpen prestijiotsua. Burdin-mailako irabazleek beren sortzaileen trebetasun handia, espezializazio handia, adituen ulermena eta sormen-gaitasuna erakusten dituzte. Campus 90 Ikasleen Gela Eta Hotela oso estimatua, miretsia eta maitea den sorkuntza izatea espero da, praktikoa eta berritzailea dena. Burdinazko Saria A' Design Award irabazi duen diseinu honek sektoreko praktika onenak integratzen ditu eta know-how-ari eta talentuari lotutako ezaugarri tekniko gaituak ditu. Unique Properties: "Campus 90" combines the functions of a student dormitory, hotel and conference center. The building is located next to the roundabout between two main boulevards in the city of Varna. This is the largest private investment in such a building in the city and responds to the increasing interest of students to the universities. The investor's concept is to provide not only excellent living conditions, but also to create numerous prerequisites for communication and teamwork between students.
Dimensions & Packaging: A high rise building with a hight of 60 meters, containing 15 students' rooms per floor. The first 3 floors have common parts - lobby, conference and meeting rooms, restaurant, fitnes centre.

Production Technology: Fiber-cement plates and glass
Design Challenge: The building was initially made for office building and redesigned for students' dormitory building. The challenge was to implement the new function in the structure model.
Inspiration: The architects chose a relatively simple silhouette that would serve as a benchmark and be easily perceived by the high-speed cars passing along the two boulevards and the roundabout. Implementing the program at a height has other advantages - freeing up more areas for landscaping and providing unique views of the sea and the city from the rooms. The movement and speed also inspired the colour solution of the facade, which is a pixelated spiral rotating around the parallelepiped of the building
Project Duration: The project started in 2008 and was completed in October 2022
Operation Flow: This building has a mixed use - a students' dormitory, a short term hotel for students, meeting rooms, study, lobby, restaurant and sports centre.
