Next Collection Green Cape-ko paisaiarekin harremanetan diseinatutako bizitegi-multzoa da. Eraikinak lorategi bat gordetzen duen podium baten gainean kokatutako hiru hego independente ditu. Teilatua gizarte-gune gisa erabiltzen da, jatetxe, bar eta igerileku batekin. Hegoen antolaketak apartamentuen eta podiumeko lorategiaren arteko fluxu argia bultzatzen du.
