Eraikin Egoiliarra Alemaniako Ueberlingen hiriko aintzira pasealekuan dagoen XVII. mendeko eraikin baterako barne diseinuko proiektua da. Eraikinak 1957tik jatetxe bat izan du bere baitan. Berritzeak eraikuntzaren historia zaintzen du eta metodo jasangarriak aplikatzen ditu. Egiturazko euskarri jatorrizkoak leheneratu ziren, eta altzari historikoei helburu berria eman zitzaien. Zurezko habe zaharrak eta ezaugarri bereizgarriak barne-diseinuan integratu ziren. Bar eremuko urdin tonuek aintziraren koloreak islatzen dituzte, eta leiho handituek uraranzko ikuspegi zabalak zabaltzen dituzte.

Propietate Bereziak: The building at Seepromenade 11 in Ueberlingen, dating back to the 17th century, has housed a restaurant since 1957 and has been owned by the Oexle family since 1920. The renovation preserved its history while embracing sustainability, with upcycled structural elements and repurposed furniture. The lakeside location influenced the design, with colors and materials reflecting the water’s hues. Enlarged windows offer stunning views, strengthening the connection between the building and the lake.

Inspirazioa: The lakefront location was central to the design, with the lake flowing into the interior. This was achieved through a thoughtful choice of materials and colors, especially in the bar area, where shades of blue reflect the water’s hues. Floor to ceiling windows offer captivating views, strengthening the connection with the lake. In the seminar area and vacation apartments above, the sensation of floating above the water enhances the visual and emotional bond with the serene surroundings.
