The light steel structure renovation caused significant damage to interior walls during old decoration removal, requiring full panel replacement. Managing the host's need for instant hot water was complex, but the team installed a large tankless water heater and reinforced gas pipelines for consistent supply across floors. Additionally, updating fire-resistant materials was essential, with high-grade fire-resistant walls and ceilings adding complexity to construction while ensuring safety and durability.

The design team customized the space to fit their lifestyle. The host, an avid golfer, transformed the basement into a practice room, while the hostess focused on optimizing the living, dining, kitchen, and laundry areas. Having studied in the U.S., the couple preferred an American-style design, shaping a home that reflects their unique way of living.
