Feixi Energia Berriko Ibilgailuen Parke Industrial Adimenduna Txinako Anhui probintziako Hefei hirian dagoen bulego eta industria konplexu bat da. Parkeak 46.223,8 metro koadro hartzen ditu eta bi bulego-eraikin, jantoki bat, erakusketa-aretoa eta korridore-eraikin bat biltzen ditu. Korridore kurbatuek eraikin-bolumen modularrak lotzen dituzte eta haien arteko elkarrizketa geometriko bat sortzen dute. Propietate Bereziak: Located in Hefei, Anhui Province, China, the Feixi New Energy Vehicle Intelligent Industrial Park is a distinctive and forward-thinking architectural complex with a total gross floor area of 46,223.8 m2. The park comprises 2 office buildings, 1 canteen, 1 exhibition hall, and 1 corridor building, which are designed to function in harmony and together form a fully integrated and efficiently laid-out working environment.
Neurriak eta Ontziratzea: The architectural design of the Feixi New Energy Vehicle Intelligent Industrial Park adopts a modular composition, where individual building volumes are interconnected by a curved corridor. This layout establishes a geometric dialogue that enhances the visual identity of the entire complex. The interplay between external form and massing brings out the unique architectural character of the project, while cleverly forging a multi scalar connection among the city, architecture, interior, and the people within.

Produkzio Teknologia: Some sections of the curtain wall feature vacuum glass and low E glass, which utilize their low emissivity characteristics to block heat radiation between indoors and outdoors, improving insulation performance. These materials also eliminate heat transfer through air conduction and convection, greatly lowering the glass’s thermal transmittance. At the same time, their superior optical performance ensures plenty of natural light while reducing glare, creating a bright yet comfortable working environment.
Diseinu Erronka: The development of Feixi New Energy Vehicle Intelligent Industrial Park also aims to create a green and sustainable office industrial park.
