About Warsaw Penthouse Oinarrizko funtzioa: Egoitza

Liburuaren testua: Roland Stanczykek diseinatutako Varsoviako etxe-gainekoak luxua, funtzionaltasuna eta estetika landua uztartzen ditu. Neurrira egindako zurgintzak, zur-aurrealde kurbatuek eta altzari minimalistek espazio-fluxua optimizatzen dute, ukimenezko berotasuna sortzen duten bitartean. Etxe adimendunaren sistemek argiztapena, klima eta segurtasuna kontrolatzen dituzte, erosotasuna eta energia-eraginkortasuna hobetuz. Material jasangarriek, diseinu zirkularraren estrategiek eta xehetasun arduratsuek ingurumen-eragin txikia, iraunkortasuna eta egokigarritasuna bermatzen dituzte. Proiektuak goi-mailako egoitza-diseinu garaikidea adierazten du, irtenbide sakon eta holistikoekin.
