About House LW27 Etxebizitza pribatua
LW27 etxea etxebizitza pribatu bat da, bizitegi-eremu bateko orube nahiko txiki batean eraikia. Bolumen zuriak kontraste egiten du harri natural zakarreko elementuekin. Horma zuri iztukatuek, haritzezko zoruek eta harri naturalak —zoru, bainugela, tximinia eta hormetarako erabilia— osatzen dute barrualdea. Beheko solairuan, oin ireki bat askatasunez zabaltzen da ekialdetik mendebaldera, igerilekuaren luzeran. Zorutik sabairainoko leiho lerragarriek barrualdea eta kanpoaldea lotzen dituzte urte osoan zehar. Goiko solairuan logelak daude, bakoitza bere bainugelarekin. Landareztatutako teilatu-terraza batek zigilatutako lur-azalera naturari itzultzen dio.

- Inspiration
- In high class residential area, a large volume residence had to be constructed on a relatively small site.
Next to a giant outdoor pool there was almost no space for a garden. So, the idea was to put the garden onto the roof and work close to the concept of a zero-seal house which means the sealed areas are given back to nature on the rooftop. - Project Duration
- The project started in 2020 in Munich and finished in 2023
- Operation Flow
- The borders of the side are hidden by a whole series of newly planted canopying trees, which provide natural Sun protection.
On ground level an open floor plan flows freely from east to west along the pool. Floor to ceiling sliding windows allowing inside outside living all year.
On the upper floor is the bedroom area with ensuite bathrooms and separate dressing facilities.
The lush planted roof terrace with whirlpool is reserved for the hardworking parents. - Image Credits
