About Number Seven Etxebizitza

Arkitektoak barnealde modernoa eta testuinguru historikoa uztartu zituen diseinu prozesuan. Modernismoaren giro nagusiaren pean, diseinatzaileak diseinuaren hizkuntza erabiltzen du espazioarekin, kolorearekin eta kulturarekin elkarrizketa sortzeko. Zaharraren eta berriaren arteko kontraste nabarmenean, bizimodu baxuko eraikina biziberritzen da. Proiektu honen zatirik erakargarriena arkua da. Zoruaren kolore urdina ere alde positiboetako bat da.

Number Seven Etxebizitza Burdinazko Saria A' Design Award irabazlea da, ondo diseinatutako sorkuntzetatik espero diren eskakizun profesional eta industrialak betetzen dituzten diseinu onei ematen zaien aitorpen prestijiotsua. Burdin-mailako irabazleek beren sortzaileen trebetasun handia, espezializazio handia, adituen ulermena eta sormen-gaitasuna erakusten dituzte. Number Seven Etxebizitza oso estimatua, miretsia eta maitea den sorkuntza izatea espero da, praktikoa eta berritzailea dena. Burdinazko Saria A' Design Award irabazi duen diseinu honek sektoreko praktika onenak integratzen ditu eta know-how-ari eta talentuari lotutako ezaugarri tekniko gaituak ditu. Number Seven Etxebizitza zehaztasunagatik errespetatua den lana da, eta mundua leku hobea egiten laguntzen duten bizi-kalitatearen hobekuntzak eskaintzeko diseinatua dagoena.

Unique Properties: This 55-year-old house was really need of renovation. Because there is only 100 days to design and rebuild,no time to prepare renders or any kind of documents before execution; therefore, the sketching was done at the site during the execution.
Dimensions & Packaging: The most important thing about this project is the time of designing and executing. Lots of things to do, and just 99 days.The area of this project is 310 square meter. It has one and a half main level.

Production Technology: Love to recycle the materials. To save money and time, decided to keep some walls and ceilings exposed, without finishing materials, so, you can see brick texture everywhere. Design team was thinking about using recycled materials. Therefore, the ceiling of the living room was covered with recycled wood which did not need any coloring.
Design Challenge: The most difficult part in designing this project was the strict rules of urban planning and municipality regarding changes in plans and views.
Research: Always liked to use the traditional method to execute semicircular arches. That's why a lot of research has been done on this and some good experiments have been done.
Inspiration: Always liked the use of arches and curves in designs. The semicircular arch gives you a deep sense of relaxation. Decided to use semicircular arches, both in the exterior and interior.

Project Duration: The project started in November 2018 and finished in March 2019.
Operation Flow: The most appealing part of this project is "arch". The blue color of the floor also is one of the positive part.
