About The Intelligent Eggshell Lamp Gau-argi portzelanazkoa

Eskuz egindako arrautza-oskol portzelana ahots-aginteekin uztartzen dituen gau-argi portzelanazkoa da Arrautza-oskol Lanpara Adimenduna. Pantaila berrogei lan-prozedura baino gehiagoren bidez, garbiketa eta zizelkatze errepikatuen bidez, eta hiru errekuntzaren bidez sortzen da, hormaren lodiera milimetro batetik beherakoa emanez. Zizelkatutako puntu, lerro eta gainazalak gau-zeru baten antzera distiratzen dute lanpara piztuta dagoenean. Karkasa konikoa kurbatua dago, eskuan egokitzeko eta irauli ez dadin. Argia ahotsaren bidez pizten eta itzaltzen da, eta, horrela, eskuak libre geratzen dira. Diseinuaren helburua herri-eskulangintza tradizional bat berpiztea da.

Production Technology: The eggshell porcelain has to go through more than 40 working procedures and hundreds of times of repeated fettling and carving, burnt in three times, finally the thickness of the porcelain is within 1 mm.
Design Challenge: One of the challenges is to improve the qualified rate of good porcelain because it is too thin to keep the shape during firing. The other is how to assemble the porcelain lampshade onto the electronic components accurately.
Inspiration: We are a product design company from jingdezhen, a famous porcelain capital in China and abroad.
We found out that eggshell porcelain, in the past, was the best product for the emperor, with exquisite workmanship. However, at present, they are too traditional and old fashion to be liked by young people.
Therefore, we hope that through modern design language, these folk arts that may not conform to the functions and aesthetics of contemporary society can be revived.
