About The Hub توسعه گردشگری چندمنظوره
هاب یک توسعه چندمنظوره است که برای گردشگری در هیلزویل، ویکتوریا، استرالیا طراحی شده است. این پروژه یک بازار میراثی، یک مرکز خوراک‌شناسی، یک آبجوسازی، یک هتل، یک رستوران و یک مرکز برگزاری مراسم را در کنار هم گرد آورده است. یک مسیر پیاده‌رو تمامی کاربری‌ها را در سراسر محوطه‌ای به وسعت شش هکتار به یکدیگر متصل می‌کند. ساختمان‌ها به صورت پلکانی و متناسب با توپوگرافی زمین طراحی شده‌اند و استفاده از مصالح خاکی، این توسعه را با چشم‌انداز پیرامونی پیوند می‌دهد. مفهوم طراحی بر آن است که فضای بیرون را به درون بیاورد و محوطه را برای بازدیدکنندگان پیاده در دسترس قرار دهد. هدف این پروژه حمایت از گردشگری محلی و در عین حال حفظ هویت و ویژگی‌های محله است.

- the hardest part is to satisfy neighborhood character and people lives within, it was about 3000 objection of which withdrawn after understanding the benefits and quality contribution of the project. this considered to be huge value

- marketing research regarding tourism has been undertaking together with business plan, the research indicated that Healesville one of the best areas attract people with high taste on food and wine
- Inspiration
- the motivation of my design is the happiness of human been, with all the pressure of our life, its nice to provide people hub that will take people away from the routine and enjoy the country life style with the best food and wine and shopping
healthy life is the key of our happiness, mixed with comfortable building that accommodate sustainability and enjoy normal life with healthy environment- main philosophy is to bring outside in - Project Duration
