درباره Tie نیمکت
تای نیمکتی چوبی است که برای نشستن دو نفر در کنار یکدیگر طراحی شده است. نشیمن و پشتی آن با دست از یک بلوک چوب یکپارچه تراشیده شده‌اند، بنابراین هیچ چوب خم‌شده، کوسن یا فنری در آن به کار نرفته است. رنده‌ها و کاردهای دستی سنتی ژاپنی انحناها را شکل می‌دهند و زیبایی طبیعی چوب را نمایان نگه می‌دارند. پشتی منحنی این امکان را فراهم می‌کند که دو نفر در کنار هم و نزدیک به یکدیگر بنشینند و استراحت کنند. تای برای غذا خوردن، مطالعه با پاهای دراز‌شده یا دراز کشیدن در حالت‌های مختلف مناسب است. فرم کنونی آن در سال ۲۰۲۰ در توکیو، ژاپن تکمیل شد.

- It is created by carving a solid block of wood with a knife in order to achieve perfect seating comfort. This expresses a level of comfort that cannot be achieved with bent wood, cushions or springs. Japanese hand tool planes and knives are essential for this.

Furniture meant to rest one's body, we believe the chair's height and angle of the seating and coping boards, the strength to withstand weight and body movement and other components allow for infinite possibilities.
We feel that pursuing the beauty of the chair, to all intents and purposes, is as important as the function it serves. We want it to satisfy the space and time we spend on it to be elegant and meaningful.
