About Osia Villa طراحی داخلی مسکونی
ویلای اوسیا یک اقامتگاه خصوصی است که در زمینی به مساحت ۲۸۰۰ متر مربع مشرف به مزارع برنج قرار گرفته است. طراحی، فضاهای داخلی و خارجی را به یکدیگر متصل می‌کند و مرز میان پناهگاه و منظره را کم‌رنگ می‌سازد. دو تراس مشخصه اصلی ویلا هستند: یک تراس شرقی که برای صرف صبحانه تدارک دیده شده و یک تراس غربی در طبقه دوم که برای گردهمایی‌های عصرگاهی مورد استفاده قرار می‌گیرد. یک فضای نشیمن با پرگولا در طبقه تفریحی قرار دارد که توسط شبکه تیرهای موجود پشتیبانی می‌شود و منظره غروب خورشید را در قاب می‌گیرد. مصالح به‌صورت محلی تأمین شده‌اند و در کف‌سازی از قطعات ضایعاتی گرانیت استفاده شده است.

- Unique Properties
- A private property overlooking paddy farms spread over 28,000 Sqft of land. The design intends to marry the inside and outside blurring the boundaries of a sheltered home.

- Production Technology
- The materials were sourced locally. The entire pavement for the villa was done in waste granite pieces.
- Design Challenge
- The challenge was to execute the pergola on first floor which was eventually supported by existing beam grid.
- Research
- The site location was a major inspiration for carving out spaces into the built structure. The pergola seating on the recreational floor was carved to create a sundowner spot.
- Inspiration
- The wide views of setting sun over the paddy fields is the main inspiration to form the private deck on the entertainment floor with a perfect balance of indoor and outdoor spaces.
- Project Duration
- The project started in Feb 2017 and was completed by March 2019
- Operation Flow
- The design was made in Mumbai and all drawings sent to site to execute locally with regular interval site visits to check the progress.
