About Yanzhi رژلب

یانژی رژ لبی است که از کاغذهای رژگونه در چین باستان الهام گرفته شده است. این طراحی، شکلی کلاسیک از آرایش را به زندگی روزمره مدرن بازمی‌گرداند. با فشار آرام به پایین محفظه، کاغذ رژ لب به سمت بیرون حرکت می‌کند. سپس کاربر لب‌های خود را روی کاغذ فشار می‌دهد تا رنگ روی لب منتقل شود و کاغذ توسط یک زبانه کوچک به داخل کشیده می‌شود. بدنه از پلاستیک پی‌پی (PP) ساخته شده است، ماده‌ای مناسب برای تماس مستقیم با محصولات آرایشی و مواد غذایی، و بخش رژ لب از کاغذی ضدآب و مقاوم در برابر پارگی تهیه شده است. بدنه‌ی نازک و صاف آن به‌راحتی در کیف پول جای می‌گیرد.

Unique Properties: This is a unique lipstick design. The most differences are appearance and function. In appearance, it was inspired the ancient Chinese Yanzhi. The reappearance of classical elements in modern life. In function, it is different from the major lipsticks on the market. Just push the bottom end and the lipstick paper will be pushed out. Women can apply makeup as long as they take a sip on Yanzhi

Production Technology: The plastic part is made of PP material, which belongs to environmental protection material. It can be directly in contact with cosmetics and food. It is the main material for filling organic skin care products. The lipstick part is made of DuPont paper, which is waterproof and tear resistant.
Design Challenge: This is an innovative design with a complex internal structure, and the machining qualification rate is the biggest challenge encountered by this project.
Research: According to the survey, consumers like to choose the type of lipstick according to the occasion and clothing. In addition, consumers tend to choose a lipstick price of less than 200 yuan. The market size will be close to 28 billion euros in 2025. There is a huge market demand for beautiful, unique, and inexpensive lipsticks.
Inspiration: I got my inspiration from ancient Chinese lipstick. Yanzhi is the lipstick of ancient China. It has a very unusual way of making up. Women only need to sip it to make up. Our motivation is to make this ancient product more suitable for use in modern life.
Project Duration: The project started in September 2020 in Milan and finished in February 2021 in that place, and was exhibited in China in February 2021.
Operation Flow: To use it, first place your hand on the bottom of Yanzhi. Then gently push up to push the lipstick out. Then the lady takes a sip of Yanzhi's lipstick paper and finishes the makeup easily. Finally, after the makeup is done, Yanzhi is pulled back by the dot at the bottom.
