دفتر ویوو یونی‌سنتر یک فضای داخلی اداری واقع در شنژن است. این طراحی میان حریم خصوصی و ارتباطات باز تعادل برقرار می‌کند، به گونه‌ای که تیم‌ها و افراد بتوانند در کنار یکدیگر در یک فضای بزرگ کار کنند. در لابی، کف پذیرش با طراحی دیوار و سقف ترکیب شده تا فرهنگ سازمانی را به نمایش بگذارد. رویکردی یکپارچه در سراسر فضاهای کاری کارکنان اعمال شده است. مواد اصلی به‌کاررفته شامل سنگ جاز وایت، روکش چوب بلوط زرد راه‌راست، فرش هنری و شیشه رنگ‌شده هستند. نتیجه‌ی کار، محیطی کاری ساده و مدرن است که هم راحت و هم کارآمد است.
