درباره House in Repino خانه خصوصی
خانه در رپینو یک خانه خصوصی است که در رپینو، استان لنینگراد، روسیه واقع شده است. این خانه دارای مساحت کل ۱۰۰۰ متر مربع است. مجموعه ویلایی یک قانون سختگیرانه تعیین کرده بود: تمام اقامتگاه‌ها می‌بایست از سبکی مشابه سبک رایت پیروی می‌کردند. طراحی این قانون را در نظر گرفته و سبک را به شیوه‌ای اصیل و خلاقانه تفسیر کرده است. خانه در چشم‌انداز طبیعی ادغام شده است. درختان موجود تا حد امکان حفظ شده‌اند و برخی از درختان از میان سایبان‌ها عبور می‌کنند تا ریتمی ایجاد کرده و پیوندی نزدیک‌تر میان معماری و طبیعت برقرار کنند. سنگ، چوب و فلز مصالح اصلی هستند.

- ویژگی‌های منحصربه‌فرد
- The house with a total area of 1000 sq. m is located in Repino, Leningrad region. The project had one strong stylistic limitation: all the residences in that villa community had to be in a Wright-like style. The result is a completely original project but with consideration of this requirement. The house is well integrated into the landscape. The aim is to preserve as many existing trees as possible; some of them will go through the canopies to create a unique rhythm and better architecture&nature relationship.

- The project had one strong stylistic limitation: all the residences in that villa community had to be in a Wright-like style. This requirement was taken into consideration but interpreted.

- The main source of inspiration was the unique natural environment of the region. For the project, the natural materials were chosen: stone characteristic to the local environment, wood, and metal. All of them will change in time for architecture to fuse with the natural environment.

- The project has started in 2020 and still in progress. The location is Repino, Leningrad region, Russia.
- فرایند عملیاتی
- The house is planned around the center where is living room placed. To reach other rooms, the user will have to pass by the “main square”, the heart of the house. The rest of the functional program of the house is made of kitchen, bedrooms, and bathrooms for inhabitants and guests, 2 children’s rooms, changing room, SPA with a swimming pool, hammam and sauna, cabinet, lounge zone.
Every room, including SPA, master bedroom, and children’s rooms, has an access to the individual terraces. The central outdoor lounge zone with a fireplace and a summer kitchen is without a canopy.
On the site, there are a guest block with two guest bedrooms; technical facilities, a garage with the staff facility, and a workshop. - ثبت اختراع‌ها
