About Kaisa Clouds by the River کاربری اصلی: مرکز فروش املاک و مستغلات
متن کتاب: «کایسا کلاودز کنار رودخانه» یک مرکز فروش املاک و مستغلات است که پیرامون فعالیت‌های والد و کودک طراحی شده است. فضای داخلی آن ۹۷۷ متر مربع را در چونگ‌کینگ چین در بر می‌گیرد. این فضا از دیدگاه کودکان ارائه شده است. نارنجی و سفید رنگ‌های اصلی هستند که آسمان‌های روشن و ابرها را به یاد می‌آورند. رنگ‌ها و تزئینات اضافی حذف شده‌اند تا فضایی آرام و راحت ایجاد شود. از مواد و مبلمان نرم و سازگار با محیط زیست برای حمایت از ایمنی و سلامت کودکان استفاده شده است. امکانات بازی، کودکان را به کاوش دعوت می‌کنند، در حالی که برای بزرگسالان نیز فضاهای راحتی جهت استراحت در نظر گرفته شده است.

- As a sales center with the theme of parent-child activities, the designer tries to present the sales space from the perspective of children.Orange and white are the main colors of the space, which are bright and cloudy scenery. The redundant colors and decorations are deleted to make people feel lively and relaxed parent-child environment.
