متن کتاب: چای‌خانه شیانگ‌زی‌شن طراحی داخلی یک چای‌خانه در جینان، چین است. این فضا مساحتی ۵۰۰ متر مربع دارد و دارای سازه‌ای دو طبقه است که یک فروشگاه نمایشی و یک اتاق چای را در خود جای داده است. چیدمان فضا از اصول باغ‌سازی چینی پیروی می‌کند و با استفاده از دیدهای هم‌پوشان، فضایی کوچک را وسیع‌تر جلوه می‌دهد. سنگ مرمر، رنگ بافت‌دار، چوب نارون و شیشه چانگ‌هونگ در ترکیب با تن‌های قرمز چینی و موضوعات نقاشی منظره به‌کار رفته‌اند. نتیجه، مکانی آرام است که بازدیدکنندگان می‌توانند در آن با دوستان دیدار کنند، چای عصرانه بنوشند و استراحت کنند.
