درباره Neobio پارک خانوادگی
نئوبیو یک پارک خانوادگی است که در منطقه فوتیان، شنژن، چین واقع شده است. مساحت طبقه داخلی ۲۰۰ متر مربع است. یک نماد پستانک به ارتفاع هفت متر روی نمای جلویی، مضمون رشد دوران کودکی را نشان می‌دهد. ورودی قوسی‌شکل و قوس معکوس بالای آن، یک حرکت بصری رو به بالا ایجاد می‌کنند. تأسیسات فضای باز به شکل قطرات آب سلولی هستند و رشد و تقسیم سلولی را تداعی می‌کنند. مصالح شامل کاشی سرامیکی، آلومینیوم، سنگ مصنوعی (تراتزو)، اکریلیک، چرم و فرش است. قاب‌های فولادی ثابت‌شده به تیرها و ستون‌های موجود، از نمای آلومینیومی منحنی پشتیبانی می‌کنند.

- The city is a system of intertwined networks within a limited area, meticulously interlocking and overlapping and dispersed. As history advances and cities expand, the form of architecture is changing. Early architecture served religion, power and wealth, and elites. Today the form of architecture and the objects it serves are changing, more diversified, subdivided, with the gradually-blurring functional boundaries, and the constantly-changing subjects of application.

- چالش طراحی
- The original building facade was formed by framed glass structure. It was hard to install one sheet of aluminum on the facade with a height of 15m and an area of 500sqm, for the lack of fulcrums to support the structure.
The building reveals an arc-shaped image, and its original boundary could not be broken, hence posing a big challenge to structural calculations and construction process. - پژوهش
- By looking for the position of the original architectural periphery beams and non-glass surfaces for firefighting ventilation where metal grilles can be opened, the design team found that there are structural supporting beams and columns inside the grilles. Based on these fulcrums, they created steel frames and attached them to the structures, thus ensuring good stability and effectively avoiding going beyond the architectural boundary.

- The project is located in Futian District, Shenzhen. The 7m high teat symbol at the center of the front facade represents the growth of children, which is the core of the space. The arc-shaped entrance and the reversed arc above creates a strong visual effect of growing upwards, leading kids to a free "kingdom" in the city. A set of installations is arranged in the outdoor space, and the shapes mimic the growth, variation and division of cells and echo the building.
