درباره Future Headquarters Community طراحی شهری با کاربری ترکیبی
جامعه دفاتر مرکزی آینده یک طرح شهری برای یک منطقه با کاربری ترکیبی در هانگژو، چین است. این طرح عملکردهای اداری و مسکونی را برای خدمت‌رسانی به شرکت‌ها و کارکنان آن‌ها ترکیب می‌کند. برج‌های بلندمرتبه پیرامون یک پارک مرکزی قرار گرفته‌اند که یادآور کوه‌های اطراف دریاچه غربی هستند. عناصر آبی فضاهای عمومی اصلی را به یکدیگر متصل می‌کنند و اشاره‌ای به کانال بزرگ دارند. فضاهای عمومی عمودی در چندین سطح، ساختمان‌ها را به هم پیوند می‌دهند و از ارتباط میان افراد پشتیبانی می‌کنند. این طرح میزبان هم شرکت‌های بزرگ و هم استارتاپ‌ها در یک بستر مشترک است.

- Hangzhou is a leading city in China's digital economy. After 20 years of development, CBD needs new space to attract enterprises and talents. This project is the first headquarters community in Zhejiang Province, with an open and inclusive industrial ecology to attract both leading enterprises and start-ups for common development and communication; Vertical multi-level public space with high-quality landscape links buildings and enhances the interaction between people, stimulates innovation vitality.

This design project meets different needs of all parties, and ensures the overall implementation through urban design guidelines and whole-process consultation under the condition of huge initial investment.

- This project is located in The CBD area of Hangzhou.Through intelligent big data analysis and research on the surrounding areas of the main city center,also the development rules of the global headquarters and the ratio of industrial residential functions,we clarified the development direction of the innovation headquarters community.Also,landscape interface and high-rise cohesion are added to ensure that the spatial form fits the land value and meets the needs of headquarters and talents.

- This work is inspired by the integration of modern city impression and local culture of World Heritage.The spatial frame of high-rise buildings surrounding the Central Park , is an analog of mountains surrounding the West Lake. The water flow connecting core public spaces，is a metaphor of wave of China Grand Canal. The city and landscape are integrated, as if working and living in the park or on the waterfront.
