About Citystars Heliopolis مجتمع تجاری چندمنظوره
سیتی استارز هلیوپولیس یک مجتمع تجاری چندمنظوره در مصر است که نخستین‌بار در سال ۲۰۰۴ افتتاح شد. این مجتمع با زیربنای کل ۲۵۰,۰۰۰ مترمربع در حال بازسازی است. این بازسازی حوزه‌های معماری، فضاهای داخلی، نورپردازی، مسیریابی، منظرسازی و پایداری را در یک رویکرد یکپارچه پوشش می‌دهد. هشت طبقه در امتداد یک بلوک شهری گسترش می‌یابد. فرم منحنی ساختمان به جریان رود نیل اشاره دارد. چهار اتریوم با نام‌های اوریون، اکلیپس، سولاریس و استارپورت، فضای داخلی را شکل می‌دهند. سازه‌های سایه‌انداز، یک دریاچه، درختان و کاشت گیاهان به خنک‌سازی محوطه کمک می‌کنند.

- Unique Properties
- Citystars Heliopolis mall is the first integrated mixed-use development in Egypt, opened in 2004. The complex is currently under renovation with a focused GFA area of 250,000 sq.m. The scope included a completely integrated approach to architecture, interiors, lighting, wayfinding, landscape, and sustainability. With 8 levels spread across a city block, the new Citystars celebrates the fluidity of the Nile using a dramatic form and state-of-the-art materiality and technology.
- Inspiration
- The design language is biophilic, sinuous, comfortable and relaxing. Papyrus, lotus and water plant architectural forms are interpreted into supersized experiential features and way-finding markers. Huge shade structures, a show lake, trees and planting provide essential cooling. The mall interiors comprise 4 spectacular atriums; Orion, Eclipse, Solaris, and Starport – conveying a Galaxy of Life theme, with soft curved edges, light, creamy stone finishes, and charismatic lighting.
