About M Two خانه
ام تو خانه‌ای است واقع در حومه‌ی روستایی بر فراز تپه‌ای در لیماسول، قبرس. طراحی و مصالح به‌کاررفته با چشم‌انداز طبیعی منطقه هماهنگ است و ضمن پایبندی به سبک سنتی خانه‌های روستایی، جلوه‌ای مدرن را نیز به نمایش می‌گذارد. چیدمان بنا از فرم سنتی حرف پی (Π) پیروی می‌کند که جریانی آرام و ارگونومیک میان فضای داخلی و بیرونی ایجاد می‌کند. فضاهای خانوادگی و عمومی در هم تنیده شده‌اند، اما در عین حال به‌طور مستقل عمل کرده و در صورت نیاز، حریم خصوصی لازم را نیز فراهم می‌آورند. چهار فضای نشیمن این امکان را می‌دهند که تمامی جلوه‌های منظره‌ی کوهستان و دریا از زوایای مختلف قابل مشاهده و لذت بردن باشد. پالت رنگی این بنا از تن‌های طبیعی بژ، قهوه‌ای، سبز و آبی بهره می‌برد.

- Unique Properties
- Located at the outskirts of a village, the design and materials of the house suit both the natural landscape and respect the traditional village-house designs but with a modern aesthetic. The layout is a traditional ‘pi’ Π shape that gives a calm and ergonomic flow between interior and exterior. We wanted the family and public spaces of the house to blend seamlessly but function independently and offer privacy where needed. Four living areas allow all aspects of the view to be enjoyed.
- Inspiration
- The inspiration came from the immediate environment. It is on a hill with uninterrupted views of both mountain and sea. It is north facing and perfectly orientated for the sun, light, air and views. We wanted a seamless flow between the interior and exterior so that wherever you are in the house, you would always have a beautiful outlook. With the native landscape as our palette, we used natural colours of beige rock, brown wood, mountain olive greens and blue water to reflect the facing Mediterranean Sea.
