About Five Samurai نقاشی دیواری دیجیتال
پنج سامورایی یک نقاشی دیواری دیجیتال است که برای یک رستوران ژاپنی خلق شده است. این اثر پنج پیکره سامورایی را در حالت‌های ایستاده و آرام نشان می‌دهد، بدون هیچ سلاحی، تا از هرگونه اشاره به جنگ اجتناب شود. برف و برگ‌های طلایی پاییزی این پیکره‌ها را احاطه کرده‌اند و زیبایی آرام و گذر زمان را به تصویر می‌کشند. این نقاشی با نرم‌افزار نقاشی دیجیتال ساخته شده و برای دیواری به عرض 7253 میلی‌متر و ارتفاع 2228 میلی‌متر چاپ شده است. پیکره‌ها در بخش مرکزی قرار گرفته‌اند تا با سطح ناهموار دیوار هماهنگ شوند. هدف این است که مهمانان در حین صرف غذا، فضای ژاپن باستان را احساس کنند.

- Unique Properties
- This illustration is named "Five Samurai", which is used for the advertisement and illustration of a Japanese restaurant. It is hoped that the customers will feel as if they are dining in the samurai world with an experience of the tranquility and beauty of the ancient Japan.

- Design Challenge
- As it is the Mural Painting for restaurant, the concept should be avoided some symbolic meaning like blood and war issue. So the Samurai are standby or relaxing pose and are not holding any weapon on hand. Also for the consideration of the printing on uneven wall the position of Samurai should be place in the main part.
- Research
- Reference of Japanese traditional culture and the Samurai equipment such as swords, armors and helmets. The reference of the hierarchy of Generals.
- Inspiration
- This is a piece of art based on a concept from the name of a restaurant - "Five Samurai". The image of the Samurai, a classic Japanese warrior, is presented with a strong sense of the polarised and contradictory role in the country’s traditional culture. It implies a significant vision of power and royalty, brutality and elegance, irrationality and total obedience. The sternly presence of the samurais in the pale beauty of snow outlines the sad reality of their tragic life. The golden colour leaves in the autumn have a declining sentiment, which has successfully illustrated the short and brief glory of samurais.

- The project started in October 2021 and finished in November 2021 in Hong Kong, and was Shown in Five Samurai - K11 Musea Hong Kong in January 2022.
