About Touchless Express کابینت ضدعفونی‌کننده
تاچ‌لس اکسپرس یک کابینت ضدعفونی‌کننده ماژولار است که برای ایستگاه‌های تحویل بسته طراحی شده است. این کابینت بسته‌های ورودی را در خود نگه می‌دارد و به‌طور خودکار با استفاده از لامپ فرابنفش آن‌ها را ضدعفونی می‌کند. کاربران با اسکن یک کد در یک اپلیکیشن موبایل، درِ کابینت را بدون هیچ تماس فیزیکی باز و بسته می‌کنند. سازه این محصول از صفحات فولادی ساخته شده که برش و پانچ خورده‌اند و سپس با فرآیند فسفاته‌کاری و پاشش الکتروفورتیک در دمای بالا پوشش‌دهی شده‌اند تا در برابر زنگ‌زدگی و فرسایش طبیعی مقاوم باشند. شکل ماژولار آن قابل تطبیق با اندازه‌های مختلف ایستگاه‌های پستی است و به‌سادگی قابل مونتاژ است.

- Unique Properties
- The "Touchless Modular Express Disinfection Cabinet" is a specially designed equipment for express pickup, which aims to provide users with an infection-free experience. It comes with an ultraviolet disinfection lamp that automatically disinfects incoming parcels. Users can open the cabinet door through an app without touching it. Furthermore, the disinfection cabinet can be customized according to the size of express stations, making it easy to assemble.

- Production Technology
- This product is made of steel plate material that is initially cut into various sizes using a shearing machine to cut rolled steel plates. Based on the position of different components, a specific punching machine mold is used to treat it. To prevent premature ageing and rusting during the use of intelligent courier cabinets, a surface treatment process is applied that uses phosphating treatment to eliminate grease and rust from the surface. After that, the surface undergoes high-temperature electrophoretic spraying to enhance its resistance to natural erosion. Additionally, the product features a UV disinfection function and can be remotely controlled via an app.

- In the initial definition of material use, in the aluminum alloy, steel and other metal materials to consider the use of that material to use as the main material, and finally because of the consideration of the natural erosion ability plus the external environmental factors selected steel as the main material.
In addition, in order to prevent intelligent courier cabinets in the use of premature aging rust, surface treatment process using pickling phosphate treatment, the surface of the grease, rust to remove clean, but also in the surface of the high-temperature electrophoresis spraying process to improve anti-rust problem. While taking express parcels is an essential part of people's lives, it is easy to overlook the disinfection aspect of receiving parcels, and express delivery has also contributed to the spread of several epidemics.
To address this issue, the "Touchless Modular Express Disinfection Cabinet" has been designed as an infection-free equipment for express pickup. It is equipped with an ultraviolet disinfection lamp, which automatically sterilizes incoming parcels. Users can open the cabinet door through an app without touching it. Additionally, the disinfection cabinet can be customized to fit the size of express stations, making it easy to assemble. - Inspiration
- After the epidemic, people have become more conscious of the significance of disinfection. Taking delivery of express parcels is an essential part of people's routine, however, it is effortless to overlook the disinfection aspect of receiving parcels. Many epidemics have been spread due to express delivery, as the transportation process can conveniently carry viruses, causing indirect transmission.

- Users use the APP to scan the code to pick up the goods, the door of the express cabinet can automatically open and close to avoid contact, and those delivery will be disinfected in time.
