About Yunnan Lijiang Dongcheng International مرکز نمایشگاهی
یوننان لیجیانگ دونگ‌چنگ اینترنشنال یک مرکز نمایشگاهی فروش املاک در لیجیانگ، استان یوننان است. فضای داخلی دو طبقه از یک ساختمان تجاری سابق را اشغال می‌کند که ارتفاع طبقه اول ۶۰۰۰ میلی‌متر و ارتفاع طبقه دوم ۴۵۰۰ میلی‌متر است. فرهنگ اقلیت‌های قومی محلی راهنمای طراحی بوده است. روکش چوب و حصیر بامبو در لایه‌هایی دقیق روی هم چیده شده‌اند تا یادآور سبک زندگی سنتی چینی باشند. سقف شیب‌دار، آلاچیق آبی داخلی و دیوار منظره‌ای موزاییکی در سالن ورودی، هویت فرهنگی فضا را غنی‌تر می‌کنند. شبکه‌ای آلومینیومی ارتباط میان فضای داخلی و بیرونی را حفظ می‌کند.

- Unique Properties
- The project is located in Lijiang, Yunnan province, with sunshine all year round. Most of the residents are ethnic minorities. Regardless of the architectural appearance, the culture has its own unique side. The integration of local culture into the design makes the project have unique characteristics and temperament. The elegant Chinese elements of rattan and wood veneer are carefully stacked, conveying the feeling of ancient and elegant life.

- Design Challenge
- The challenge is how to design the project to meet the usage needs and aesthetic standards of local customers? As a result, we did a lot of market research on local architectural features and humanistic features, and thinking deeply about the possibilities of the projects.

- It is a real estate sales exhibition center, the original building is a commercial building.
- Inspiration
- Quoted in: "There are bridges and pines in the mountains, and there are dragons in the river" - "shijing, Zheng Feng, Fusu".
Find the poetry from the poems, then we construct the design by combining the Sichuan style and regional design. - Project Duration
- The project started in June 10th, 2020 in Yunnan and finished in April 30th, 2021.
- Operation Flow
- This exhibition center will be advertised on print media and urban digital media to attract more customers, as well as cooperate with the third parties.
