About Swift صندلی اداری

سوئیفت یک صندلی اداری است که از حالت بدنی پرنده سوئیفت (پرستو) الهام گرفته شده است. انتهای پایینی قاب پشتی یادآور دم این پرنده است و حالتی آزاد و مثبت را القا می‌کند. یک قاب دولایه به پشتی صندلی ظاهری لایه‌لایه می‌بخشد. قاب داخلی به سمت درون خمیده است، به‌طوری‌که پارچه مش بافته‌شده یک قوس مقعر ایجاد می‌کند که کمر را در بر می‌گیرد و از آن پشتیبانی می‌کند. قاب از جنس نایلون و با روش قالب‌گیری تزریقی یکپارچه ساخته شده است و پشتی از پارچه مش بافته‌شده با کشش‌پذیری بالا استفاده می‌کند. این صندلی تا ۲۳ درجه به عقب متمایل می‌شود و قابل قفل شدن است. دسته‌ها و عمق نشیمن نیز قابل تنظیم هستند.

Unique Properties: The back shape of the back frame gives this product a more individual style. Swift combines the unique shape with comfortable ergonomic elements, and the special concave arc of the seat back provides users with a better back wrapping feeling.The double -layer frame design makes the back of the chair look more rich in layers.

Production Technology: The process of using integrated injection molding, and nylon is the main material. The back uses high elastic knitted mesh fabrics.
Design Challenge: During the production process of the chair, the assembly of the double -layer frame structure and knitted fabric is extremely complicated.
Research: The Swift wants to break the conventional office chair back design. It adopts a new double -layer frame design. The inner frame is more curved, so that users can better wrap them in the mesh when they fall backwards.
Inspiration: The shape of the seat is taken from the posture of a swift, and the shape of the lower end of the back frame is like the tail of a swift, symbolizing a free and positive attitude. At the same time, due to the special shape of the lower end of the back frame, the mesh structure of this seat is different from other seats. The inward mesh structure forms a more concave arc, which can provide users with better back wrapping.
Project Duration: The project began in May 2020, completed in April 2021, and was launched in May 2021. The entire project lasted for a year.
Operation Flow: The chair can be dumped backwards 23 °, and at the same time, it can be locked through the switch of the chassis. The handrail can rise up and down, slide back and forth, and rotate left and right. You can adjust the depth of the cushion according to different usage habits.
