این دفتری است که روش های جدیدی از سبک کاری را در دوران پس از کرونا تحریک می کند. این ایده از نوع دفتری است که افراد دوست دارند در آن کار کنند. تشکیل دفتری که در آن تیم ها بتوانند خلاقانه کار کنند. در نظر گرفتن صحنه کار تیمی و ایجاد مناطق با کارکردهای متنوع. مفهوم طراحی بر اساس رنگ Image نام تجاری Abeam است، این طرحی است که باعث می شود کاربران برند Abeam را با لهجه های طلایی احساس کنند. طراحی فضای اداری که تمیزی و تجمل را متعادل می کند، معنای آمدن به دفتر، مشارکت کارکنان و رفاه را افزایش می دهد.

فناوری تولید: The selection of interior materials is important to realizing the design. Considering the environment, recycled products were used in the office construction. This kind of thinking is also connected to corporate social responsibility and sustainability in office construction. It also leads to environmental enlightenment for the employees.
چالش طراحی: After the Covid-19 is gone， people are so used to work anywhere with a PC/Internet. Then what attracts people to come and work in the office.
پژوهش: There were two points that were most important in this project. 1, new work style.
How employees have worked, how employees want to work in the future, and how to fill the gap. User’s idea and thoughts are taking into considering in every step of the way. 2, dissemination of a new brand image.The design was done considering the effect that the space and design would have on customers and employees.

In the office, teamwork is important, and creative work is important.
To form an office where teams can work creatively.
Considering the scene of working in a team and created areas with various functions.
As the office is located on the 71st floor, the space is designed to maximize the scenery.
