این پروژه شامل بازسازی یک اقامتگاه از دهه ۱۹۹۰ بود که در ابتدا نمونه‌ای شاخص از معماری باکیفیت طراحی برزیلی آن دهه را به نمایش می‌گذاشت. با توجه به اهمیت این معماری، مداخله به فضاهای داخلی محدود شد و هدف آن حفظ ویژگی دهه ۱۹۹۰ در کنار به‌روزرسانی فضاها مطابق با استانداردهای معاصر بود. این رویکرد نیت طراحی اصلی را در نظر گرفت و بدون تغییر جوهره معماری، کارایی و آسایش را ارتقا داد.
