About Self Defense Mechanism مجموعه پوشاک مردانه

مکانیزم دفاع شخصی مجموعه‌ای از پوشاک مردانه است که به‌عنوان لایه‌ای محافظ برای پوشنده طراحی شده است. این مجموعه واکنشی است به دوره‌ی اضافه‌بار اطلاعاتی، دوره‌ای که در آن انسان‌ها روزانه پیام‌هایی بیش از ظرفیت پردازش خود دریافت می‌کنند. طرح‌های چاپی بر پایه‌ی هندسه‌ی نورون‌ها و توری، حالتی از پخش‌شدگی و محوشدگی را القا می‌کنند، به‌گونه‌ای که دیدن دنیای بیرون دشوارتر می‌شود و ذهن می‌تواند آرام بماند. پارچه‌ی پنبه‌ای و توری نایلونی به هم دوخته شده‌اند تا بافتی تازه پدید آید که با الگوی چاپی هم‌خوانی دارد. این پوشاک بر اساس اندازه‌های استاندارد مردانه طراحی شده و می‌تواند به‌عنوان لباس روزمره پوشیده شود.

Unique Properties: This collection perfectly embody the concept in our daily life. It easily can tell the whole concept from the appearance of the garment. These clothes are aimed to consider as a protective layer for ourselves to stabilize in this world. Avoiding us suffering from this world full of information. Thus, we can clean ourself clear and stay calm.
Dimensions & Packaging: measurement is same as normal garment for men

Production Technology: Using neuron and mesh geometry on prints symbolizes the spread and blur which makes us can't see what the outside world looks like and maintain our mind clear. By sewing cotton and nylon mesh together to create a new texture which is similar to the pattern I design for this collection.
Design Challenge: The hardest part is to create the texture by sewing cotton and nylon mesh together. It's hard to copy the shape of neurons.
Research: It's the idea come up in my mind, the concept start from the imagination of me hiding in my own womb and observing this world. The real one hiding inside and the fake one control me to live my life. And It is exactly how the Augment Reality works. So in my initially research, it fulls of the image of AR(hiding in womb), neurons (feeling), electricity (neurotransmission).
Inspiration: In the era of information explosions, humans are stimulated by various environments. The messages that make us receive in one day actually are far more than one person could undertake. Consequently, these clothes are aimed to consider as a protective layer for ourselves to stabilize in this world. Using neuron and mesh geometry on prints symbolizes the spread and blur which makes us can't see what the outside world looks like and maintain our mind clear.
Project Duration: The project started in September 2021 in Taipei and finished in March 2022 also in Taipei, made as my graduate project which also the last project before I graduate.
Operation Flow: People can wear this collection as normal clothing, but also wear it to anywhere depend on their feeling. As long as you feel great to this collection then that's the reason.
