درباره Gin And Chuan طراحی داخلی رستوران
جین و چوان یک طراحی داخلی رستوران است که در مرکز هنگ‌چیائوی شرقی، شانگهای، چین واقع شده است. این پروژه مساحتی معادل ۲٬۰۰۰ متر مربع را در بر می‌گیرد و شامل ده اتاق غذاخوری خصوصی با ظرفیت پذیرش ۲۰۰ نفر است. طراحی، سبک بین‌المللی مدرن سوئیسی را با هنر سرامیک جینگدجن ترکیب می‌کند. قطعات سرامیکی سفارشی به‌صورت دستی در جینگدجن ساخته شده و در دمای ۱۴۰۰ درجه پخته می‌شوند، به‌طوری‌که هر قطعه منحصربه‌فرد است. فضای داخلی به فرهنگ باشو و آشپزی سیچوان اشاره دارد و این سنت غذایی را با ویسکی همراه می‌سازد. طراحی این پروژه در سال ۲۰۲۲ به پایان رسید.

- “Gin and Chuan”restaurant project is located in the center of Shanghai East Hongqiao. It connects many business circles such as Tianshan Hongqiao and Gubei, and its geographical location is unique. Relying on the Great Hongqiao Hub, “Gin and Chuan”Restaurant has superimposed the dual empowerment of Hongqiao Central Business District and Changning District. This is bound to become the new top class.
