About Mercku M6s Mesh System روتر مش بی‌سیم
سیستم مش Mercku M6s یک روتر مش Wi-Fi 6 است که برای شبکه‌های خانگی طراحی شده است. این سیستم از آنتن اختصاصی WHEMS و فناوری AX3000 برای پوشش کامل خانه و سرعت انتقال داده تا ۳۰۰۰ مگابیت بر ثانیه بهره می‌برد. بدنه‌های مشبک الهام‌گرفته از معماری، دمای داخلی روتر را کاهش می‌دهند و روکش‌های پارچه‌ای آن قابل سفارشی‌سازی هستند. نصب این دستگاه به‌صورت پلاگ‌اند‌پلی است و تنها چند دقیقه زمان می‌برد. یک اپلیکیشن موبایل همراه و یک رابط وب امکان دسترسی از راه دور به تنظیمات را فراهم می‌کنند. گره‌های کوچک Nano نیز پوشش شبکه را به هر گوشه از خانه گسترش می‌دهند.

- Amidst ever-increasing density networks and changing user needs, Mercku M6s Mesh System exemplifies Wi-Fi design excellence. Utilizing patented WHEMS Antenna and industry-leading noise reduction tech, M6s achieves whole-home coverage 30% greater than the competition. Delivering a 66% boost in transmission speeds to 3000Mbps, M6s leverages Nobel Prize-winning physics theories for Wide-Band, High-Gain signal coverage and remarkable sensitivity, even to weak signals. With M6s Nano nodes – amongst the smallest mesh nodes on the market – users can bring this Wi-Fi experience to any corner of their home.

- Production Technology
- Mercku prioritizes the concept of enhancing router’s surrounding environment and adding to a living space's decor. With M6s, Mercku conducted extensive airflow research and air-tunnel testing to design seamless air vents to protect the system from overheating. M6s’ architecture-inspired perforated shells ultimately serve to minimize the internal temperature of the router, while simultaneously allowing ISPs and end-users to customize the eco-friendly fabric covers for ultimate personalization.
- Design Challenge
- The main challenge in minimizing router size is inadequate heat dissipation, and the failure to address it adequately can negatively impact device longevity and performance. The M6s' design is elegant and seamlessly incorporates passive cooling on each side of the primary heat-producing MediaTek chipset. The upright design and hidden channels along the device's edges are also conducive to heat dissipation without compromising its appearance or connectivity performance.
- Research
- M6s was designed to be at the intersection of aesthetics and functionality - adding to its surrounding space while maintaining prolonged high-performance. Mercku conducted in-depth heat dissipation simulations and research using Flo Therm XT software. Throughout testing, the M6s' temperature was reduced by 23% compared to competition, improving product performance and longevity. Miniaturizing high-performance hardware in M6s Nano required extensive research in PCB design and active cooling solutions, as it’s among the smallest, fully featured Wi-Fi 6 Routers available.
- Inspiration
- As the number of connected home automation and IoT devices increases in homes, Wi-Fi networks will bottleneck and operate less efficiently. M6s is designed to be at the intersection of aesthetics and functionality - adding to its surrounding space while maintaining prolonged high performance, transforming the way networks handle data routing and speeds without sacrificing good design.
- Project Duration
- The design project began in the Fall of 2022 and was completed in the Spring of 2023. The M6s AX Mesh System was first exhibited at the WiFi Now Event in September 2023.
- Operation Flow
- The M6s Mesh System is backed by Mercku's proprietary WHEMS antenna system and the latest AX3000 technology, giving users even better Wi-Fi coverage and speeds. It has a simple plug-and-play set-up that installs in minutes for any level of technical comprehension. To accompany the powerful hardware, the M6s features Mercku's companion mobile application and web interface that have a simple, intuitive user interface to enable users with remote access to features at any time, anywhere.
